Pak Main SMM User Guide.
Simple instructions for creating your account, choosing a service, adding funds, placing orders, and getting help.
Before you order: Read the live service description for its current rate, link format, limits, start estimate, speed, drop information, and refill conditions. Those details vary by service and may change. Also review our Terms of Service.

- Create an account and sign in.
- Check the live service description before choosing.
- Add funds using an option shown in your account.
- Enter the requested link and quantity, review the charge, and submit once.
- Check the Orders page for updates.
Create an account
Open Sign Up and complete the fields shown on the registration form. These can include a username, email address, WhatsApp number, password, and password confirmation.
- Choose a username that you will use to sign in.
- Enter an email address and WhatsApp number you can access.
- Create a strong password and confirm it if asked.
- Complete any other required fields and any CAPTCHA displayed.
- If the agreement checkbox appears, read the Terms of Service and select it.
- Choose Sign Up and follow the result shown on the page.
If a Google sign-up option is displayed, you can choose it instead. If you are prompted to confirm your email address, follow the message sent to you or use the confirmation page’s resend option.
Sign in and reset your password
- Open Sign In.
- Enter your username and password.
- Choose Sign In to open your account.
Forgot your password? Select Forgot password? on the sign-in form. The reset page asks for your email address and may ask for a CAPTCHA. Follow the recovery message you receive. If you can no longer access that email, use the official support option for help.
Dashboard basics
Your New Order page shows account information such as your username, current balance, total spent, and completed orders. The navigation menu gives access to the other areas of your panel.
The menu can appear in a sidebar on desktop and in a compact navigation area on smaller screens. Other available areas may include refunds, refill history, service updates, notifications, or bulk ordering.
Updates and notifications
Use the Updates page, if shown, to search recent service notices. In Account > Notifications, you can confirm your email, connect Telegram when offered, and choose which available notifications you want to receive. Save your changes if a Save button appears.
Choose the right service
Browse Services or choose a category and service from New Order. On the Services page, use search or the category filter to narrow the list. A Favorites filter may be available if you have saved favorite services.
- Platform and type: Check that the service matches the social platform and action you need.
- Rate and limits: Check the current price and minimum or maximum quantity.
- Required link: See whether it needs a profile, post, video, channel, or another link.
- Delivery information: Read any listed start estimate, speed, drop, and refill conditions.
Each catalogue row shows a service ID, name, rate, minimum and maximum quantity, and average time when enabled. Select Details for the full description. The Copy button copies a service announcement; it does not place an order.
Use the correct link
Check the service description to see which link it accepts. Followers may need a profile link; engagement on a post or video usually needs the link to that exact post or video. The selected service’s instructions take priority.
- Open the target profile or content and copy its link.
- Paste it into a browser to check that it points to the intended target.
- Check whether the service requires the target to be public.
- Enter only that link in the order form.
Add funds
- Sign in and open Add Funds.
- Select one of the payment method tiles or choose a method from the selector.
- Read any note and complete the amount or other fields requested for that method.
- Select the payment button and follow the method’s on-screen instructions.
- Keep the transaction receipt until the amount appears in your panel balance.
Available methods and processing steps can change. Use only the payment details displayed in your account or confirmed through Pak Main SMM’s official support channels.
Check previous payments
The Add Funds page also has a Transactions area, when you have payment history. Its cards show the method, date, transaction ID, and amount. Some transactions include an invoice download link.
If the deposit is delayed
Check the transaction status first. When contacting support, share the payment method, amount, date and time, and transaction reference. Hide any card details or one-time banking codes. Avoid repeating the payment while the first attempt may still be processing.
Place an order
Open the New Order page. Its Order Creation form has a category selector, service selector, description area, service-specific fields, and a charge field.
- Choose a category and then the exact service.
- Read its description and open the Rules tab if you need to review panel rules.
- Complete the fields requested for that service, such as a target link and quantity.
- Check the charge displayed by the form.
- Read and accept the terms if a checkbox appears.
- Submit the form once and keep the order ID shown in the success message.
Place multiple orders
If the Mass Order page is available, enter each order line using the format shown in its form. Review every service ID, link, and quantity before submitting. The result shows how many lines succeeded or failed and provides a details link when available. A failed line still needs to be checked individually.
Drip-feed orders
If a chosen service offers a drip-feed or subscription option, review its quantity, number of runs, interval, and other fields before submitting. The Drip-feed page, when available, shows active, completed, and canceled entries. Cancel options only appear for eligible active entries.
Track your order
Open Orders and find the order ID. Use the search field or the All, Pending, In Progress, Completed, Partial, Processing, and Canceled filters. Each card shows the service, link, charge, start count, quantity, remains, and a progress estimate.
Pending Received and waiting to begin.
Processing Being prepared by the provider; delivery may begin later.
In progress Delivery is under way.
Completed The system reports the order as finished.
Partial Only part of the requested quantity was delivered.
Canceled The order stopped before full delivery.
The progress percentage is calculated from the displayed quantity and remains. It is a panel indicator, not an independent measurement of the target platform. A completed status describes the system’s order state; if you have a delivery question, compare the target’s visible count and contact support with the order ID and details.
You can select visible orders and use the bulk menu to copy their IDs or links. An AI Actions button may appear for eligible statuses; use only the actions actually offered for your order.
Speed, drops, and refills
Start time is an estimate of when delivery may begin. Speed describes the expected delivery pace. Actual results depend on the specific service and its provider, platform changes, and the condition of the target account or content.
A drop means a count may decrease after delivery. A refill is a request to restore eligible drops within the service’s stated terms. Services marked no-refill should be treated as having no refill protection.
Refill or cancel an order
- Open the order from your Orders page and note its ID and current status.
- Check whether the order card shows a Refill or Cancel button.
- If available, choose the relevant action once. A disabled Refill button may show when the request becomes available.
- Watch the order or request history for the outcome. If no action is shown, contact support with the order ID.
When a refill has already been requested, the order may show Refilling. The separate Refill page can show pending, in-progress, completed, rejected, or error results. Processing or completed orders may not be cancelable. Refill only applies where the service description offers it and the request meets its conditions.
Refund history
The Refunds page, if available, lists balance adjustments related to canceled or partial orders. You can filter those records and open the related order by its ID. If an expected adjustment is missing, ask support to review it; an order status alone does not prove that money was returned.
Contact support
Use the Tickets area when you need help. Choose a category and fill any additional fields if they appear. Otherwise, enter a subject. Write your message and attach a relevant file if needed, then submit the ticket.
Use Ticket History to open an existing conversation, read support’s reply, and send another message if replies are enabled. Never share your account password, verification codes, full card number, or API key in a ticket.
Use the API
Open Account to generate or manage your API key. Use the panel’s current API documentation to connect your own system. Check the available endpoints, request format, service identifiers, and account requirements there.
Treat your API key like a password. Do not paste it into a public website, screenshot, repository, or support ticket. If it is exposed, secure or replace it using the account tools or ask support for help.
Keep your account secure
- Use a unique password and keep access to your email and WhatsApp number.
- Check that you are on the official Pak Main SMM website before signing in or paying.
- Do not share passwords, one-time codes, or API keys.
- Sign out on a shared device and do not save credentials there.
- Hide customer details, payment references, balances, and order IDs in screenshots shared publicly.
Account settings
In Account, you can change your email with your current password, update your password, manage two-factor authentication (2FA), choose a language or timezone, and save invoice details if those options are available. When setting up 2FA, complete both the initial step and the code confirmation before relying on it.
Solve common problems
I cannot sign in
Check the username and password. Use the password reset option if needed. If you cannot access the recovery contact, ask support for account help.
I cannot find a service
Check the category and service selectors, or browse the Services page. Availability and descriptions can change.
My order has not started
Check its status and the service’s estimated start information. If it remains unchanged beyond that estimate, contact support with the order ID.
My order is partial or canceled
Check the order record, the service description, and any related balance adjustment. Ask support about the specific order if the outcome is unclear.
My target link does not work
Check the URL in a browser and confirm it points to the correct public profile or content. Match the service’s required link format.
My deposit has not appeared
Check the payment status and keep the receipt. Contact support with the transaction reference. Avoid paying a second time until the first attempt is resolved.
Frequently asked questions
Does creating an account place an order?
No. Create the account first, then choose and submit a service order separately.
Where can I see current prices?
Sign in and check the live service catalogue or New Order form. The rate can vary by service and change over time.
Does every service include refill?
No. Check the exact service description. If no refill is stated, treat it as a no-refill service.
Can I order for a private profile or post?
Follow the selected service’s link and visibility rules. Many services require a public, valid target.
Can every order be canceled?
No. Availability depends on the service and its current order status. Check the order and ask support if the option is unclear.
What information should I send for an order issue?
Send the order ID, a concise description of the issue, and a relevant screenshot with private information hidden.
Should I place another order if the first is slow?
First check the existing order and the service’s start estimate. Running duplicate orders for the same link can complicate delivery.
Can I withdraw my panel balance?
Routine cash withdrawals are unavailable. Refund requests for valid issues or unused balance are reviewed under the current Terms of Service.
Where can I find an invoice or refund record?
Check the Transactions area of Add Funds for an invoice link when available, and the Refunds page for eligible canceled or partial order adjustments.
Need a hand?
Use your account’s support area for a question about a payment or order. Include the relevant reference so the team can locate it.
